Battery jump starter

Black & Decker battery jump starter
It is in very good shape never jump started a car with this unit , used only the air compressor
The battery is more than 6 years old and I don’t know if is strong enough to start the car , I never have a problem with my car’s battery so I don’t give any warranty it will?
The unit is fully functional the air compressor works fine
